The registration fee is non – refundable and the same is valid for one year.

The disclosure of information, data , analyses, compilations, forecasts, studies, summaries, notes , materials provided by FIHL will not guarantee business to the investor and FIHL will only give consultation.

FIHL and * FG make reasonable effort to ensure that the information provided is accurate but does not guarantee or warrants its accuracy, adequacy, correctness, validity, completeness or suitability for any purpose either provided by FIHL or the FG. If any information is provided by the FG(S) on their own, the FG (s) are solely responsible for such information and FIHL is indemnified by the FG (s) in all respect.

5 The FIHL and FG(s) disclaims all responsibility for any loss , injury, liability or damage of any kind resulting from and arising out of , or any way related to the decision taken by the investor.

6 The investor shall take all necessary actions and precautions to prevent the disclosure, use, copying, duplicating or reproducing of any confidential information as mentioned in clause 2.

7 The investor in principle has agreed not to approach any franchise company whose information is provided by the FIHL and all correspondence, negotiation, execution of any agreements etc. will be done through FIHL only.

8 The FIHL and FG (s) shall not be liable for any direct , indirect or consequential loss caused to the investor due to error or omission/commission committed on the basis of any agreement to be executed in future.

9 The information /material provided is provided on an “As is “ basis and any decision taken by the prospective company for appointing franchisee (s) shall be of their own and any suggestion given by the FIHL or FG (s) in this regard is only suggestive and not binding on the companies.

10 FIHL and FG (s) disclaims all responsibility for any loss, injury, liability or damage of any kind resulting form and arising out of , or any way related to the decision taken by the investor. They are advised to check and verify the information in respect of business before taking any decision.
